Documenting your current SCCM environment

This is one of my to do list for long and I have searching on Internet if anyone has already done similar to this.

Definitely best script to document Configuration Manager is found David O’Brien and Carl Webster. This script provide lot of details that I needed but missing some of the components I was after.

Basically I am after document, which provide Each and every detail of the SCCM Environment. So here is my journey now, starting today. I am hoping to finish it by end of June 2018.

My plan is to cover following (Table of Contents from Carl Webster)

Summary of all Sites in this Hierarchy
Configuration Summary for Site “SiteCode”
Site Roles
Site Maintenance Tasks for Site “SiteCode”
Summary of Management Points for Site “SiteCode”
Summary of Distribution Points for Site “SiteCode”
Summary of Software Update Point Servers for Site “SiteCode”
Summary of Hierarchy Wide Configuration
Summary of Site Boundaries
Summary of Site Boundary Groups
Summary of Custom Client Device Settings
Administrative Users
Custom Security Roles
Configured Accounts
Assets and Compliance
Summary of User Collections
Summary of Device Collections
Compliance Settings
Configuration Items
Configuration Baselines
User Data and Profiles
Endpoint Protection
Windows Firewall Policies
Software Library
Driver Packages
Operating System Installers
Boot Images
Task Sequences

On top of this, I will be going in more detail for all of these components and also missing components and configurations.

Stay tuned!
